Minions at Work: A Photocomic

Another very early Minions at Work (then just known as “Minions”) cartoon. The doomsday device is made using a very wonderful construction toy called “Robotix.” I was consciously trying to capture the feel of some of the insane super-science devices drawn by comic-art master Jack “King” Kirby. Mission not-s0-much accomplished, but I think that one upright that goes at a strange 45 degree angle  is kind of a step in the right direction…
